Pelican Marine Services was established in February 2010 based on founder’s real maritime expertise and competences:
Thierry MASSIOT, dual purpose first class officer, after some years spent at sea, moved to West Africa in 1997 to establish H&M and P&I survey network. He expanded his activity to crew management in 2002 and initiated current network of proxy agents.
Frédéric FIEVET, C1NM and Maritime Transport Law MBA trained, after 10 years at sea, he was fleet manager for 12 years for an European Tanker ship-owner.
Since 2010, Pelican Marine Services SA improves crew management services in Tanker and Offshore supply industries, developing a long term and fruitful relationship with Apremar.
> Partnership in 2011 with Apremar in Ivory Coast, operational hub of the network.
> Introduction in 2012 of Apremar Cameroun, Douala, for local content contract.
> Introduction in 2014 of Apremar Maroc, Casablanca, to become training hub.
