« Always willing to develop our seafarers’ skills, PMS* is proud of 5 seafarers moving on with their career
Mr. Aboubakar D., Aboubakar T., Moussa T., Joel N. and Soumahoro V., previously sailing as Able Seamen or Pump-man on-board Offshore Supply vessels and Tanker vessels, will participate to a new training program “Captain 500 UMS”, from mid-April to Mid-August 2015 in Casablanca. The program has been set-up by PMS and the ISEM*.
The requirements to join this program were to have sufficient navigational time at deck positions (Able seaman, Boatswain), to have a good English level and to succeed in the entrance exam.
Getting the certificate of competency of Captain 500 UMS, will enable them to hold the position of Captain on-board Crew boats inferior or equal to 500 UMS.
